Full history
We take the time to understand your problem, your history, and your goals before we touch you.
Movement assessment
Hands-on evaluation of how you move, including range of motion and functional patterns.
Neurological and orthopaedic testing
Targeted clinical tests to identify the actual source of your pain or restriction.
Posture and strength testing
Postural analysis and strength screening to build a complete picture of where you're at.
Imaging referral if needed
If x-rays or scans are appropriate, we'll refer you on the spot.
Adjustment if appropriate
If it's safe and clinically indicated, we'll adjust on your first visit. Most people leave feeling better.

Your first visit is a full appointment, so allow a little longer than a standard consultation.
